Organization Overview

A Global Movement for Digital Equity

Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Dubai, UAE, The Digital School has grown from a small pilot program in Senegal to a global organization operating across 29 countries on five continents. We work with governments, international organizations, corporations, and grassroots community groups to deliver programs that meet learners where they are.

TDS operates four flagship programs — K-12 Learning, DEGA, DYOD, and Skilled Academies — each addressing a different dimension of the digital education challenge. Together, they form a comprehensive ecosystem that takes learners from basic digital literacy all the way to career-ready digital skills.

What Guides Us

Our Core Values

Six principles shape every program we design, every partnership we build, and every decision we make.

Equity

Every learner deserves equal access to quality digital education, regardless of their geography, socioeconomic status, or background.

Innovation

We continuously seek better ways to deliver education — adapting technology, pedagogy, and partnership models to meet learners where they are.

Sustainability

We build programs that last — training local educators, empowering communities to own their digital future, and designing for long-term self-sufficiency.

Integrity

We are transparent in our operations, rigorous in our impact measurement, and accountable to every community we serve and every supporter who believes in our mission.

Collaboration

The challenges of digital education require collective action. We partner with governments, NGOs, corporations, and communities to multiply our reach and depth of impact.

Learner-Centricity

Every decision we make starts with a simple question: does this serve the learner? The needs, contexts, and aspirations of our beneficiaries guide everything we do.
