The Digital Educator Global Academy offers tailored professional development programs to help educators strengthen their digital teaching skills. Developed in partnership with Arizona State University and aligned with the National Standards for Quality Online Learning, DEGA builds a global community of educators confident in delivering effective online, remote, and hybrid learning.

Digital Access Through Device Donation and Sustainability
Donate Your Own Device collects and refurbishes used electronic devices to provide digital access to underprivileged students. This initiative delivered one of the UAE's most successful campaigns blending sustainability with digital inclusion — collecting, refurbishing, and distributing 50,000+ devices while diverting significant e-waste from landfills.

Solving the Global Teacher Shortage
Building Educators' Skills for Teaching (BEST) addresses the global teacher shortage by providing a low-cost, online, self-directed program to prepare community members as certified Assistant Teachers — in collaboration with Mary Lou Fulton College for Teaching and Learning Innovation at Arizona State University.

- 12-week online self-directed program with 10 nanocourses
- Certification from Mary Lou Fulton College for Teaching and Learning Innovation (ASU)
- Aligned with UNESCO/Education International Global Framework of Professional Teaching Standards
