These partnerships aim to collaborate in developing digital transformation strategies in education and employing the latest technologies and digital applications to provide an innovative and future—oriented learning experience.

The agreement was signed during the 'World Government Summit 2024' in the presence of His Excellency Omar Sultan Al Olama, Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications, Chairman of the Digital School Board of Directors, and Vice President of the World Government Summit Foundation; His Excellency Mauricio Lizcano, Minister of Information and Communication Technologies in Colombia; and His Excellency Mohamed Abdellahi Ould Loul, Minister of Digital Transformation, Innovation, and Modernization of Administration in Mauritania.

The partnership focuses on enhancing integration and cooperation in supporting digital education, developing infrastructure, and improving internet access in areas where the Digital School operates. Additionally, it aims to collaborate on creating national digital transformation strategies in the education sector, and to facilitate more innovative partnerships to support schools and students' access to devices, internet, and digital education services.

His Excellency Omar Sultan Al Olama emphasized that expanding partnerships and opening new avenues for collaboration with all countries to support the Digital School's initiatives and extend its reach in assisting underprivileged communities worldwide with advanced digital learning experiences contributes to accelerating the achievement of a global digital community that provides education to those in need anywhere in the world.

He said, "Launching the Digital School partnerships from the platform of the World Government Summit reflects our commitment to leveraging the opportunities provided by the summit for countries and governments to envision the future, enhance cooperation, and identify priorities to be addressed through strengthening cultural communication, knowledge exchange, and forming effective partnerships aimed at serving communities and ensuring a better future for them."

His Excellency Mauricio Lizcano, Minister of Information and Communication Technologies in Colombia, affirmed that the upcoming phase aims to enhance cooperation with the Digital School to share the digital education experience with other Latin American countries, appreciating the efforts and outstanding initiatives of the Digital School in Colombia.
